  • We offer free shipping on all orders!
  • Most orders ship within 4-6 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer free replacements for damaged, defective, or inaccurate orders. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may issue store credits on a case-by-case basis.
  • We don't offer exchanges for prints that are not damaged or defective. But if you have any concerns, please reach out to our team within 30 days of delivery, and we'll do our best to assist.
  • Contact us at hello@golfcourseprint.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery, and our team will take care of it for you.
  • We are committed to producing the product as visually depicted on our website. If the product/map you received is different than the map we have on our product page, please contact our team, and we will issue a reprint. However, if the printed product and map on the site are the same, but you observe a variance from the actual course, it's not eligible for a refund. These maps are our artistic depiction based on the available inputs online about the courses. We try our best to keep them as accurate as possible, but we cannot ensure 100% accuracy, as some info might not be available to us or the latest update to the course couldn't have been captured.We urge our customers to check the maps shown on our product page before placing the order and contact us in case of any issues or errors. We will be happy to look into that and get it fixed online on our website before you place the order. But once an order has been printed, we do not have an option to issue a return/refund, as all our products are made to order.

  • Our prints come in a variety of sizes, ranging from 8x10 inches to 24x36 inches.
  • We use high-quality materials and printing techniques to ensure our prints are vibrant, durable, and long-lasting.
  • Yes, we offer a variety of framing options to complement your prints.
  • No, we do not offer customization options for our products at the moment. Customization is available for bulk orders, above 50 units of the same product and design.

Wholesale

  • Yes! We offer discounts for bulk orders. Contact us for details or you can place the order directly through our product page by adding more than 50 units of a product for the wholesale discount and customization option to show up.

Our wholesale pricing is available for orders of 50 units or more. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout, or you can contact us for a custom quote if you need a larger quantity.

We offer customization options on the design and try to offer any support possible with custom packaging as well for bulk orders. Let us know your requirements by emailing hello@golfcourseprint.com, and we’ll work with you to create a tailored solution.

Processing time varies based on order size and customization. Standard bulk orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days, while custom orders may take 2-4 weeks. Shipping times depend on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

  • No, we do not offer gift wrapping at the moment.
  • If ordered during the holiday season, it may take 2-3 weeks to print and package your order, after which it's shipped out. The shipping time, depending on your location, is estimated as follows:
  • USA: 3-6 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days
  • An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
  • Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
  • If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us with your order number by emailing hello@golfcourseprint.com
  • Every order is made to order. We have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are created and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
  • We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@golfcourseprint.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
