Our Quality Guarantee  

We promise that your prints will arrive in perfect condition. If they are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll replace them for free.  

How to Request a Replacement  

If something isn’t right with your order, here’s what to do:  

1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@golfcourseprint.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:  

   - Your order number  

   - A brief description of the issue  

   - Clear photos of the damage or problem (JPEG or PNG format)  

2. We’ll Review Your Claim: Our team will evaluate your request and may ask for more details if needed.  

3. Get a Replacement: Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost to you.  

Refunds

We focus on offering free replacements for any issues with your order. Since all our products are made to order, refunds are typically not available, but we may offer store credits in special cases at our discretion.
